At present,fiber reinforced polymer is used to reinforce the oil and gas pipelines in service in China.Scholars have also carried out relevant research work.The introduction of prestressed reinforcement technology in the reinforcement technology of the original filament wrapped fabric.It can solve the phenomenon of fiber cloth stress hysteresis and avoid the economic losses caused by parking operations.In this paper,the tension control stress of prestressed pipe reinforced with prestressed fiber sheets is studied.First,the stress equation of prestressed pipe reinforced with prestressed fiber sheets is established.The formula for calculating the upper and lower limit of tension control stress is established.The factors affecting the stress limit of tension control are also analyzed.The influence rule of pipe diameter,wall thickness,defect depth,defect length,material selection and pipeline internal pressure was obtained.At the same time,the limit of tension stress control is determined.The formula for calculating the loss of prestress friction is also given.Secondly,through numerical simulation,the circumferential prestress is analyzed in the defective pressure pipeline defect area.The variation rule of the weak position stress with the increase of tension control stress is given.The theoretical calculation results are compared and analyzed.Finally,the influence of CFRP on the repair and repair of defective pressure pipelines is analyzed.
