Study On The Development Strategy Of XHK Environmental Company

Under the new normal of China’s economic development,China’s economy has shifted from the rapid growth stage to the high quality development stage,The carrying capacity of ecological environment resources has become saturated even in individual regions.With the increase of the public’s demand for ecological environment and the increase of national environmental protection work,the environmental protection industry is listed in the strategic emerging industries.Ecological civilization construction included the five-part overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics at 18 th Party Congress,the concept of innovative development 、coordinated development 、 green development 、 open development and shared development was put forward on the fifth plenary sessions of the 18 th Party Central Committee。With the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council,a series of important decisions and arrangements for the construction of ecological civilization and environmental protection have been made.The environmental protection industry is developing unprecedentedly.XHK Environmental Protection Company was founded in July 2016,mainly engaged in environmental protection and related technical advisory services.From the perspective of development strategy,this paper analyzes its external operation environment and internal environment with PEST and SWOT Analysis methods,then lists the options for the development strategy.Finally,gets the strategic idea of XHK Environmental Protection Company through the use of quantitative strategic plan matrix(QSPM law)on a evaluation of the options.
