The mining of Chengchao iron mine gradually moves from the east to the west and extends to the lower part of the plant.In order to protect the construction of the site such as the selection plant in west end,the method of reserved security pillar was adopted in the early stage of mining.Along with the increase of mining depth,the mineral resources that the security pillar occupies is increasing,causing it difficult to recycle a large number of resources.So the collaborative production of mining caving method and filling method will be adopted in the next phase.According to current situation of the mining and based on the new concept of cooperative exploitation,the paper used the synergetic theory,system engineering,statistics,rock mechanics numerical simulation and management theory and tools to conduct the research of the collaborative production of mining caving method and filling method and application of Chengchao iron mine.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Starting from the principle and characteristics of synergetic theory,combined with the characteristics of the mining system,it analyzes the research object,application field and development trend,and concludes that collaborative exploitation is feasible and applicable;and on this basis,the caving method and filling method the collaborative model and the evaluation mechanism of collaborative mining are studied to lay a theoretical foundation for the collaborative mining of two mining methods.(2)By using the principle of the order parameter of synergetic,the paper established the synergy measure model of the collaborative production of two kind of methods and evaluated the size of the coordination degree of the whole production system.By evaluating the degree of system synergy in the entire mining process,it was concluded that the filling method was changed from a lower level to a horizontal one after being converted into a subsection,the degree of synergy of the system was reduced by 0.186 when filling,and increased by 0.065 when it became an upward horizontal filling.This shows that the system has the highest degree of synergy when using the non-pillar sublevel caving method and the upward horizontal layered filling method,excellent mining method.(3)Using numerical simulation methods,two numerical methods for mining collaborative mining are established,and the orthogonal design method is used to optimize the mining plan.The nine mining plans obtained are simulated by excavation and the results are shown in Scheme 4((Front West Zone of the Western Region,filling(sequential recovery),avalanche(middle-two wings))When the excavation is performed,the surface settlement of the selected plant is the smallest,and the safety factor of the isolated pillar is the largest.The optimal mining scheme is scheme 4.(4)Aiming at the problems that may appear in the process of transforming the mining theory into production,as well as the influencing factors of stope ground pressure,proposed measures for coordinated management of production process and ground pressure.The above research results lay a theoretical foundation for cooperative exploitation of the two kind of mining methods,and Selected the best mining method and mining plan for collaborative mining,and put forward reasonable control measures in view of the production process of collaborative and pressure management synergy.At the same time,it makes sense for Chengchao iron mine to use cooperative exploitation of the two kind of mining methods in the next phase and provides some references for similar mines.
