Method Study Of Team Safety Synergy Management Of Zhaoguan Coal Mine

Teams are the cells of the coal mining enterprises, the production frontier, and all the ultimate goal of Enterprise security management. According to the data,90% of the coal mine production safety accidents happened in the team, therefore, strengthening the team security management is of key importance to security production for the coal mining enterprises and is the most effective approach to control and reduce all kinds of industrial accidents.This paper focuses on the safety construction of the mine team. Security synergy management system of team is proposed, after comprehensively analyzing the status of safety management team at home and abroad and combined with the safety management problem of Zhao Guan mines, according to the understanding of chaotic systems about mine safety management, combined with the development stage theory of coal mine safety management, group dynamics theory and synergy theory. Team safety synergy management system is built on the safety synergy management of team staff, in this system, the base is synergy capability structure of team staff and the operating criteria is to stabilizing the operational process. The safety synergy of team staff is the result of many factors including organizational coordination ability, coordinative communication ability, information sharing ability, teams'cohesion, security attitude and synergy sense, by these, this paper established team safety synergy management method with the view of improving individual synergy ability. Meanwhile, the management model of man-machine-environment synergy operation is set up by Mutual Mould Mutualism principle of systems science. Team safety synergy is built on synergy management of team staff. This paper established safety plan management mechanism of team handover, joint protection system of productive process, proposed interactive training mechanism of group based on group dynamics theory, incentive mechanism of group risk and harmonious team structure method.Team safety synergy management method of coal mine get safety management into shape, point out that safety is the result of various factors synergy operation and proposed the method on based of structuring personal synergy ability, with the view of building the model of man-machine-environment synergy operation and team synergy operation in operational process.
