| Coal resources consumption in China is huge,and fuel injection in the blast furnace main body is still the coal.But coal is a non-renewable primary energy source,and the pollutant emission during processing and utilization is large.So looking for a new type of energy that can replace traditional injection fuel,not only can relieve the strain on the coal resources,but also reduce the pollution to the environment.Biomass energy is abundant in our country,but its utilization efficiency is low,which results in a lot of waste.If biomass resources can be used in blast furnace injection,it can not only reduce the consumption of coal resources but also provide a new way for efficient use of biomass.In this experiment,the renewable and "carbon zero emission" agricultural biomass peanut shells were selected as raw materials for pyrolysis at 350,400,450,500 and 550 ℃in tube setting furnace.Then peanut shell charcoal were analyzed by its basic characteristics to explore the relationship between the property of peanut shell charcoal and pyrolysis final temperature.At the same time,metallurgical property analysis associated with blast furnace injection,burnout rate analysis and thermogravimetric analysis were carried out to determine whether it meets the requirements of blast furnace injection for fuel.At last,the optimum ratio of peanut shell charcoal and blended coal with the optimal pyrolysis final temperature was selected.The results showed that with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the volatile fraction of peanut shell charcoal decreased,the fixed carbon content increased,the ash content remained unchanged,and the carbon yield decreased.The surface pore structure first became rich and regular,at 400 ℃was "honeycomb" structure,and then gradually became chaotic.The functional groups slowly reduced and were stabilized finally and performanced more and more aromatic structure.At 550 ℃infrared light was basically absorbed,which showed peanut shell charcoal pyrolysis basically completed.The ash content,sulfur content,calorific value and burning performance of A5 peanut shell charcoal at 550 all meet the requirements of blast ℃furnace injection for fuels,and the ash fusibility is lower than the requirements,but A5 is the best one compared to other peanut shell charcoal.The best blending ratio of blended fuel for blast furnace injection based on several metallurgical properties is Yongcheng Anthracite: Shenmu County Long Flame Coal: A5 = 50%: 0%: 50%. |
