There are various uncomfortable problems in the use of office seats,and so many factors that cause these problems.This article takes the FREIHEIT office chair as the research object,mainly from the point of kinematics and dynamics,to study the factors affecting the comfort degree in the seating process of the office chair,and provide reference for the design of the office chair.(1)Analyzing the characteristics of office chairs and human sitting activities,exploring the factors affecting comfort in the use of office seats,and propose three kinds of uncomfortable phenomena such as squat,slippery,and unsatisfactory range of resilience and put forward a comprehensive research method of comfort.(2)From the point of view of kinematics,study the influence of the backlash caused by the linkage mechanism on the comfort of the seat,analyze the chassis linkage mechanism of the traditional chassis,and design a new type of chassis to perform mathematical analysis and kinematic analysis.At the same time,a multi-objective optimization method is used in combination with ADAMS software to optimize.(3)From the point of view of dynamics,the influence of the slippery phenomenon of the seat cushion and backrest on the comfort is studied.Considering the mechanical properties of the material and the interaction between the human body and the material,a model of an office seat human body system is established.For this model,a dynamic expression based on the Lagrangian equation is established.Through Matlab numerical calculation and Working Model 2D verification analysis,the influence of cushion and backrest materials on the static comfort of office chair was studied.
