Oily sludge is one of the main pollutants in the petroleum industry.The sources of oily sludge include mud from the bottom of tanks,sludge from sewage treatment,oil from landings,and oily sludge from emergencies.Because of its complex composition and difficult handling,the resource-based and harmless sludge treatment is an important part of the current environmental protection of oil and gas fields.At present,the technology of oily sludge treatment mainly includes hot washing,pyrolysis,incineration,microorganism treatment and preparation of flotation agent.The pyrolysis treatment is an important treatment method for oily sludge to realize the resource of oily sludge.In this paper,the influence of catalyst on pyrolysis of oily sludge was studied based on the recovery of oily sludge and the recovery rate of pyrolysis oil.And determined the technological conditions for the catalytic pyrolysis of oily sludge.The experiment was studied by thermogravimetric analysis technology of oil-bearing sludge pyrolysis process,and show that the process is mainly divided into four processes:the volatilization of water and light components stage,the pyrolysis of heavy components stage,the decomposition of other organic matter.when the water content and oil content of oily sludge are 19%and 14%,respectively,through the continuous pyrolysis experiment,and the optimal reaction condition of 450?pyrolysis temperature,4 h reaction time,100 mL/min nitrogen flow rate and 10?/min heating rate were established,and the pyrolysis oil recovery rate of oily sludge reached 78.65%.In this work,using mesoporous molecular sieve and kaolin as the carrier,and the pyrolysis catalyst was prepared by different methods;the SEM,EDS,XRD,FT-IR and N2adsorption/desorption were utilized for the characterizations of the pyrolysis catalyst.Then the catalytic pyrolysis of oily sludge was carried out and the effect of the catalyst on the pyrolysis was studied.According to the recovery rate of the pyrolysis oil,using the Ti/SO42--CK?10?as the catalyst,and the technological conditions for the catalytic pyrolysis of oily sludge were discussed,the dosage was 1.5%for 3.5 h at 430?,the nitrogen flow rate was 100 mL/min and the heating rate was 10?/min,Oil recovery rate can reach 84.09%?Finally,the pyrolysis products of oily sludge were studied and analyzed.The results show that the residue of catalytic pyrolysis is granular,the oil content is about 1%,the calorific value is 2203.51 kJ/kg,The main components of the pyrolytic oil are C16C20,after the addition of catalyst,the light oil component increased from 1.94%to 8.76%.At the same time,the content of CH4 in pyrolysis gas is decreased with the increase of pyrolysis time,while the content of CO2 gradually increases.
