Slim hole casing sidetracking is one of important ways to restore production capacity of old and abandoned well,improve percentage recovery of complex oil and gas filed and expand their economic benefits.More advanced coiled tubing drilling technology has proved to be more suitable for slim hole sidetracking operations than usual tubing.However,in practical application,the characteristics of small hole sidetracking the deficiency of coiled tubing makes the drill collar's drilling pressure can not be applied on the bit normally and eats security hidden danger.In order to give full play to the advantages of coiled tubing,a pressure feeding device that can assist the compensation of drilling pressure and the action force of coiled tubing buffering drill is designed.Based on investigating the common similar devices and analyzing their working principles,this paper found the suitable device and investigated its current research status and research.Finally,a multistage multi stroke pressurizer was designed.The thruster has two kinds of travel sections,the pressure series is three,the integral cylinder is a combined structure that be made up of cylinder and connecter the maximum stroke section is the joint mechanism of the flower bond rod.Through checking and calculating some important parts and modeling and checking,the safety is confirmed theoretically.After determining the main pressure structure of the main body,this paper analyzed and selected other important components suitable for the work.After determining the hydraulic parameters,the pressure difference and the thrust of the piston in the pressure apparatus can be calculated,so as to be the reference basis for the study.When the working data was obtained,the vibration analysis and working state analysis of the main piston rod were completed based on this.The modal analysis method was used to simulate the vibration form of the piston rod working,by which the main piston rod would not be destroyed by the resonance was proved,and the result of the transient analysis proved that the design results are safe in the stress.
