At present,most of the wells are in the middle and late stages of mining in our country,the formation,casing quality and other reasons often cause accidents,even make oil wells shut down.Slim-hole sidetracking technology can effectively solve those kinds of accidents and make the oil well recovery,enhanced oil recovery and increase oil production.But there are some problems such as pressure difficulty and pressure drop in slim-hole drilling,which reduces the drilling speed.The revolving-drilling technique is a technique,which use percussion drilling and rotary drilling in the process of drilling.Research shows that the revolving-drilling can make the wells have the characteristic:good quality,low drilling bit loss,reducing the cost and increasing drilling speed in middle hard formations and hard formations.In this paper,the author attempt to use rotary-drilling to improve the drilling speed in slim-hole sidetracking,and research hammer which is the key tool of rotary-drilling.It has a direct impact on the effect of rotary-drilling.Based on the above background,this paper summarizes the working principle and structure characteristics of the existing impactor by reading a lot of literature and on-the-spot investigation,design a hydro-efflux hammer,which is suitable for slim-hole sidetracking,it has the characteristic that constant flow,low friction and reliable performance on the basis of innovation.The design process of hydro-efflux hammer is as flows:Through the data collection and field research,understanding the characteristics,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing hammers.Then innovating design a hydro-efflux hammer which is suitable for slim-hole sidetracking;Based on 3D simulation software Solidworks the three-dimensional solid model is established;Based on the finite element theory and mechanics theory,the strength design of the important components is carried out;By using the simulation analysis fluent which has strong analyzing ability to do the key components of jet impactor-jet element of flow field analysis,discusses the influence of different flow on jet element;Establishing the mechanical model of hammer motion in slim-hole sidetracking operation,provide theoretical guidance for the application of impactor in slim-hole in sidetracking condition,and on the basis of Matlab software simulation program based on motion of the hammer,the program can be quantitatively calculated performance parameters of impactor impact energy,impact frequency,and analyzes the influence of single factor on performance of the impactor,then based on the principle of orthogonal test according to different optimization objectives to optimize the structure parameter.
