There are large number of gas wells with chokes in Shenmu gas field during the process of gas production with water withdrawal.It is found that chokes have a great influence on fluid flow,and flow pattern also affects liquid carrying capacity.The paper is about the research of the gas-liquid two-phase flow of Shenmu gas field.It is fouced on the influence of throttleer on the flow pattern of fluid and the liquid carrying capacity under the influence of flow pattern.This paper first analysis the regulation of fluent pressure,temperature,velocity and flow pattern in wellbore without throttleer.It also analyzes the regulation of flow velocity near throttleer which influenced by the throttleer length and diameter via ANSYS finite element software.Further more the paper is analysis the distribution law of wellbore pressure,temperature,flow rate,liquid holdup rate and flow pattern along the wellbore with or without the throttleer via numerical simulation.The influence of the throttleer on the flow pattern in the wellbore is also analyzed by changing the position of the throttleer.There are thirty gas wells selected from 180 wells by Olga software.In the thirty wells,ten are mainly annular flow,another ten are mainly slug flow and the rests are mainly bubbly flow.The critical liquid flow rate of each well is calculated by using Turner,Li Min and kinetic energy factor method respectively.Based on the comparison of the accuracy of the three methods,we get the best way to judge the liquid loading fluid of gas well under different flow patterns.The results show that when the deep position of the throttleer is annular flow,the flow pattern in the lower part of the throttleer in the wellbore becomes a slug flow,while the upper part remains the annular flow;When the deep position of the throttleer is bubbly flow,the upper and lower flow patterns of the throttleer in the wellbore are both unchanged.When the deep position of the throttleer is a slug flow,the flow pattern in the lower part of the throttleer in the wellbore becomes bubbly flow,the upper part remains the annular flow.The Turner's model is the best one when the main flow pattern of the wellbore is annular flow.Its accuracy rate of the wellbore liquid loading is up to 90%.The kinetic energy factor model is the best one when the main flow pattern of the wellbore is the slug flow.Its accuracy of the fluid loading is up to 80%.The accuracy of these three models as mentioned former are not well enough when the main flow pattern of the wellbore is bubbly flow.In contrast,the accuracy rate of Li Min's model is reached 70%,which is higher than the others.This work can improve the accuracy of the identification of the liquid loading,and it is helpful to understand the change law of the gas and liquid two phase flow in the wellbore with throttleer.The study could be reference guiding to the formulation of the process measures for gas well production with water withdrawal.
