Naphthalene is an important basic chemical raw material.In recent years,due to the impact of the state's environmental protection,the supply and demand pattern of naphthalene has undergone major changes,with excess capacity and price falling sharply.And with the development of various electronic devices,the demand for high electrochemical performance of the electrode materials is becoming more and more significant in the commercial market.In this paper,naphthalene as carbon source,carbon material?FG?was synthesized by chemical vapor deposition?CVD?,and the electrochemical performance of FG electrode was optimized by doping modification,and the FG electrode material with high specific capacitance was obtained.Carbon material was prepared by chemical vapor deposition?CVD?.First,a chemical vapor deposition experimental device was assembled by using laboratory instruments.Then we studied the effects of different heating processes such as carbon source heating temperature,carrier gas flow rate,reaction time and reaction temperature on the structure and electrochemical properties of FG.The results showed that the best electrochemical performance of the FG was obtained at 130?at the flow rate of 80sccm and the reaction of45min at 1000?.FG/Ni O/polyaniline composite was obtained by doping two pseudolitac materials of Ni O and polyaniline to the surface of FG.The results show that the specific capacitance of FG/Ni O/polyaniline is greatly improved by the addition of graphene.The electrochemical behavior of FG/Ni O/polyaniline composites with composite 10%50%was further investigated.It was found that the best mass ratio of Ni O/polyaniline?mass ratio 8:2?and FG was 70%:30%?The high specific capacitance of 20%FG/Ni O/polyaniline is 637.87F/g.FG/Co3O4/polyaniline composites are also obtained by doping Co3O4 and polyaniline on the surface of FG.The results show that the specific capacitance of FG/Co3O4/polyaniline is greatly improved by the addition of FG.The electrochemical behavior of FG/Co3O4/polyaniline composite 10%50%composites was further i nvestigated.It was found that the best compound mass ratio of Co3O4/polyaniline?mass ratio 8:2?and FG was80%:20%.The high specific capacitance of 20%FG/Co3O4/polyaniline is 747.77F/g.
