Juicer is a common equipment in daily life,which is divided into industrial juicing equipment,household juicer and vending machine.Traditional juicer has the problem of locating of the fruit technology,and the promotion and application in the market is lagging behind.Compared with automatic juicer,the new juicer has the advantage of being able to automatically complete the process of fruit positioning and checking,which is of great significance for improving people's life quality.In this paper,the intelligent positioning of juicer and the removal of nuclear technology are studied.The main problems are: how to accurately locate the kernel position.In order to extract the core of accurate position in this paper,first of all positioning to the nuclear platform to introduce and establish camera calibration model then using the machine vision system for automatic discriminant fruit contour,thus realize the analysis and processing of location.It is of great practical significance to carry out this technology research,not only to save manpower cost and improve work efficiency,but also to improve people's quality of life.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)According to the camera calibration algorithm,effectively improve the fruit characteristics,using the improved plane camera calibration algorithm for camera calibration,simulation test,calibration results than the traditional method is to further prepare accurate extraction of fruit image,the image effect reliability was improved.(2)Image processing-based positioning algorithm,Image noise recognition and research are carried out,and the algorithm of high density Gauss noise processing is improved by changing different threshold values,which mainly improves the effect of fruit image noise processing is not obvious.The edge detection and feature extraction are carried out.The edge detection algorithm is applied to extract the fruit contour,and the optimized feature extraction algorithm is used to analyze and calculate the contour features,and extract the coordinates of the location points,so as to achieve the purpose of location.(3)The man-machine interface of the new juicer was realized,demand analysis was conducted,and the application interface was tested.STM32F429 was used as the control chip to realize the transmission of information from the touch screen and web pages to the bottom drive.The camera was used to quickly collect fruit images and save it.
