| In this paper, the propagation law of explosion shock wave in explosion is reviewed and summarized.Taking ammonium nitrate warehouse as an example, with its explosion shock wave safety protection as application background,a finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to select a small amount of ammonium nitrate in the warehouse as an example to establish a two-dimensional plane model, and the damage and prevention of explosion shock wave in the plane range. The problem of wall protection is numerically simulated.Based on summarizing the existing research results, the following aspects are studied:1.The ANSYS/LS-DYNA software is used to study the propagation law of the explosion shock wave in the two-dimensional plane of no ground barrier after a certain amount of ammonium nitrate explosion, and compares the numerical simulation results with the calculated results of the empirical formula. The results show that the two are basically identical, and the feasibility of the numerical simulation study is confirmed.2.Select the concrete explosion protection wall and establish the model.By setting the different data of the protective wall, the influence of the explosion shock wave is studied. The result shows that the change of the basic data of the protective wall will not change the propagation characteristics and attenuation law of the shock wave after the ar rival of the wall, but after setting the protective wall, the overpressure of the shock wave b ehind the wall and the far field is obviously reduced. The protective wall has obvious protective effect on the building and the personnel behind the wall. Its protection is inversely proportional to the distance from the explosion source and is directly proportional to the thickness of the protective wall. When there is a gap in the protective wall, the angle between the explosion source and the two edge of the protective wall, when the angle is less than or equal to 63,the bigger the angle, the greater the diffractio n overpressure after the wall, the effect is inversely proportional to the size of the angle. When the angle is greater than 63,the bigger the angle, the smaller the diffraction overpressure after the wall, the protective effect is proportional to the size of the angle. The calculation is carried out by an example, which provides necessary theoretical and methodological support for the protection of existing protective materials near the warehouse of ammonium nitrate. |
