Research And Implementation Of Oilfield Wellhead Instrument Data Transmission Based On LoRa Technology

In terms of current pending issues on oilfield site,for examples,fields are settled with a great distance and a large quantity,therefore,it is a hard task to collecte information and be processed.The thesis introduces particularly that the LoRa wireless technology is applied into traditional filed instrument in order to design a new instrument working in a complex environment to simulate the transmission process of the oil field data.Firstly,according to analyzing the process of the oilfield data acquisition,the thesis expounds the function requirement and key technologies of wellhead instrument based on LoRa technology so that the overall design scheme of wellhead instrument can be designed in more details.Moreover,it is the study of LoRa F8L10 D data transmission module,SX1276 chip and LoRaWAN communication protocol in the thesis that is conducive to design the wireless communication module which can meet the requirements from two aspects of hardware and software.Last but not the least,it is a necessity to debug the hardware and software of the new instrument for the design by testing the actual problems related to the communication distance,power and communication quality,so as to achieve the improvement of the existing instrument,designing new instruments in line with expectations.The experimental result shows that the tested new instrument can not only receive and send the relevant data correctly in the remote environment,but also meet the requirements of low power consumption and wellhead meter data transmission.The better effects are that the complexity of wellhead instrument data system,the field debugging workload and the cost of production are reduced.
