Nowadays,with rapid improvement of residential living standard,as well as the effect that gradually emerged by the implement of China's Two-child Policy,parents show more concern over their children's comprehensive development.It is reported that the amount of yearly newborn baby in our country recently has reached the highest level since year 2000.In hence,social public also starts to pay more attention to the quality of amusement facilities which are designed for preschool children.Until 2017,more than 70 shopping centers,which equals over 400,000 square meters business space,have opened up one after another in first-tier cities in China.Also,in this new era of internet,in order to attract more passenger flow,offline stores must catch children's eye and continuously guiding households to go shopping in the malls.As the result of these two mentioned conditions,the market of children amusement facilities in social areas has enormous potential.If the design of children entertainments only thinks about kids' behaviors,and without considering age stratification and individuality requirements of the player,as well as the interact between facilities and the parents,the results are clearly not in line with current needs,and of course,won't attract maximum engagement.In this article,the former designs of children amusement facilities in business areas will be summarized and researched,in order to find out that how can these recreations be more suitable to business space and fulfill different individuals' deeper needs apart from basic demands of the game.Based on the application of Kano model,this article will first analysis user behavior,including children's physiological and psychological requirements through existing children amusement facilities in public areas,then take children from 3 to 6 years old as research objects to complete accordingly questionnaires,which covers the design of the survey,the research,and modeling analysis.The result will be dissected with the help of the Kano model,and be extracted basic needs,expecting factors,and attractive demands from it in order to combine these three main factors into new product designs.At last,a real project of Shanghai shopping center will be used,in line with its unique demand and AR technology as a practice of the new charming children amusement facilities in business space.
