| Oil sludge is an organic solid waste,which contains plenty of heavy metals and toxic materials,produced in the process of crude oil exploitation and refining.Oil sludge without being safely disposed of will not only pollute the environment but also result in the waste of resources.It is an urgent issue to find effective ways to process and utilize oil sludge harmlessly and circularly.In this work,a pyrolysis approach was employed to treat the oil sludge cleanly and effectively to obtain the high value-added organic products.A fixed bed plant has been accepted to pyrolysis of the oil sludge and investigate the effects of pyrolysis conditions(temperature,heat rate,water content)on the distribution of products.The results show that the yield of pyrolysis oil reached to the peak value of 63.49% at 550 ℃.The yield of solid was directly proportional to pyrolysis temperature and from 47.69% at 450 oC to 19.06% at 750 oC.The yield of gas was inversely proportional to pyrolysis temperature.The water content in the oil sludge promoted the production of pyrolysis liquid,on the contrary,inhibited the production of solid and gas.Meanwhile,an experiment was carried out in the fixed bed to investigate the effect of pyrolysis temperature on the properties of pyrolysis products.The results indicate that the highest calorific value(22.48 MJ/kg)of the solid fuel was reached at 400 oC,and then the calorific value decreased with increase of pyrolysis temperature.When the pyrolysis temperature came to 650 oC,the calorific value of gas reached the peak of 34.91 MJ/m~3,which could meet the demands of fuel gas of city. |
