With the development of national economy,the dependence of national economy on the pipeline transportation increases year by year,and the influence of pipeline safety on social stability,environment and economy holds more and more impact.There will be a serious impact on social and environmental hazards once an accident of gas pipeline occurs.The safety of gas pipeline has become the focus of society,government and enterprises.Therefore,it is important to calculate the failure probability of a gas pipeline.Combining the theory of phase equilibrium,the corrosion rate model,the corrosion failure model,this paper introduces a method to calculate wet gas pipeline failure probability in several years,based on the residual life prediction of gas pipeline exposed to internal corrosion,.Predicting the saturation water content of natural gas is to find the high holdup point in the gas pipeline,and then the position of the serious corrosion occurring in the wet gas pipeline is judged The phase equilibrium theory,where the fugacity of water in gas and liquid phase is equal,is adopted to calculate the saturation moisture content in nature gas for a more accurate result.the results don't make big differences between the method applied in this paper and from Hysys software.As inlet parameters of wet gas pipeline change over time,this paper introduces the PSWP to describe this changes to facilitate the simulation of process parameters.Namely,to conform to the related parameters of a certain probability distribution for LHS sampling,and the value of Poisson sampling are assigned.By using PSWP-Monte Carlo-LHS sampling,LHS sampling Poisson waves under the different inlet parameters and different probability distribution are simulated and their impacts on the corrosion failure probability are analyzed,and therefore the quantitative evaluation of pipeline internal corrosion failure is realized.This study provides a new idea for calculation of corrosion failure probability of wet gas pipeline.
