In recent years,Chinese energy demands continue to grow,causing tremendous pressure on energy supply,in order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand balance,China needs to import a large number of crude oil every year to meet market demand,high energy consumption for the high crude oil of northeast Daqing crude oil pipeline network and Changqing crude oil pipeline network,and old pipelines run the risk of a large puzzle,it can significantly reduce the need to develop high waxy crude pour point depressant to address the risk of high energy consumption and high repair problems.For the reason,a lot of research on the depressant products and in-depth research,waxy crude oil for domestic high-depressant developed a nano-product and pipeline companies under the jurisdiction of waxy crude oil pipeline industrial application.By DSC,polarizing microscope and atomic force microscopy testing methods,of nano depressant for waxy crude oil distillate different in the crystallization process,crystalline surface morphology aspects.Nano-depressant in ShiLan pipeline,the solidifying point of Shi Lan oil reduce from 19? to-3?,viscosity at 10? less than 40mPa新,when the secondary rise temperature is 51?,the solidifying point is from 3? to 6?,viscosity is from 45mPa新,to 110mPa新 in 10?.Nano-depressant in RenJing pipeline,the solidifying point of RenJing oil from 18? to 20?,viscosity at 30? less than 50mPa新,when the secondary rise temperature is 41?,the solidifying point is from 21? to 23?,viscosity is from 59mPa新,to 68mPa新 in 30?.
