In the face of a dynamic and complex scheduling system, the current scheduling decisionmainly depends on the person’s subjective decision-making and experience, it is difficult tomake comprehensive plan as a whole, optimization optimization scheduling scheme. However,the rapid development of computer technology and optimization technology, makes theoperation system for complex production scheduling implementation to be precise, economicoperation. Mainly in the following several aspects work:(1) summarizes the cooling endtemperature after time tau, namely next time calculation formula of the initial oil temperaturewhen the heating temperature and surrounding medium temperature calculation formula of theground not insulation vertical tank and calculation formula of total heat transfer coefficient ofthe heat preservation vertical tank calculation formula of total heat transfer coefficient.(2) inview of the crude oil inventory scheduling, using the theory of system optimization design, thecorresponding optimization mathematical model is established, combined with intelligentcalculation method, taking a crude inventory scheduling, establish mathematical model,combined with the branch and threshold method, optimize the solving program, and for theselected time scheduled to run oil depots are analyzed. Compiled program to improve the levelof storage and transportation scheduling system scheduling, shorten the decision-making time,reduce running cost, reduce energy consumption, provide more objective basis. The optimaldesign of hot oil pipeline is a complicated problem. In this thesis, a mathematical model isestablished and decomposed into four submodels. The optimum design shall give theminimum present value of costs. The first submodel can determine the optimum designdiameter of the pipeline. The second submodel is used to determine the optimum heatingstation number along the pipeline. The third submodel can determine the optimum designtemperature of each heating station. The forth submodel is used to calculate the present valueof costs. The preceding three submodels are all optimized presupposes each lower-leveloptimum. An optimal design software based on the algorithms to solve the mathematicalmodels has been developed. By use of the software, some example pipelines have been designed. It will helpful for the optimal design of the pipeline.
