Shengli Oilfield low permeability oilfield produced water most of the use of metal membrane filter as fine processing check equipment,because the metal membrane filter element manufacture precision is insufficient,the current applications of metal membrane filter of water treatment is often unable to meet the"Water quality standard and practice for analysis of oilfield injecting waters in clastic reservoirs"in the grade I standard.Aiming at the above problem studied in Fanjia oilfield fanjia sewage station selection of inorganic ceramic membrane,laboratory studies show that,the selection of membrane pore size of 50nm ceramic membrane treatment Fanjia oilfield produced water,three indicators of oil content,suspended solid content,diameter median of suspended solids to meet"Water quality standard and practice for analysis of oilfield injecting waters in clastic reservoirs"in the grade?standard,the optimal process parameters:transmembrane differential pressure 0.16MPa,membrane surface velocity 4m/s,and identified the NaOH and HNO3 combined cleaning method for the membrane pollution problem,the membrane flux recovery rate of more than97%;the pilot scale test again fan Jia sewage station to carry out the test of 200m3/d field,the results show that the ceramic membrane,stable operation,continuous detection of oil content in effluent,suspended solid content,diameter median of suspended solids three indicators meet the"Water quality standard and practice for analysis of oilfield injecting waters in clastic reservoirs"in the grade?standard,,the operation cost was 1.22 yuan/m3.
