This paper analyzes the overseas and domestic research status of fire protection of building insulation system.In view of the further improving request of the building heat preservation material fire flame retardant grade,further from the characteristics of the material itself,the performance improvement of polyurethane building insulation material was investigated on the basis of previous research.In the end,a new type of rigid polyurethane insulation material,which meets the requirements of building insulation system was developed.In order to improve the properties of rigid polyurethane foam,inorganic flame retardant,phosphoric ester,organic flame retardant and its composite flame retardant and smoke suppression agent,etc.was added based on the raw materials of the original non flame retardant(white material formula Polyether polyol,Polyester polyol,Foaming agent(141B),Silicone oil foam stabilizer,Catalyst,etc.).The results showed that Polyether polyol 20 g,Polyester polyol 80 g,Foaming agent(141B)40g,Silicone oil foam stabilizer 2.5g,Catalyst 2g,Expanded graphite(32 mesh)8g,TCEP4,DMMP8 g,Mg(OH)2 2g,Al(OH)3 2g,the quality ratio of isocyanate and polyether polyol Composite material is 1.2:1.The performance index of the rigid polyurethane foam is: density 40g/cm3,thermal conductivity 0.024 W/(m·k),oxygen index 32%,smoke density SDR50,compressive strength 192 k Pa.Meet and above the standard specification of GB50404-2007?Technical specification for hard foam polyurethane insulation and waterproof Engineering?and GB8624-2012?Classification of building materials and products ?.
