In the recent years,with the accelerating of industrial modernization and the rapid development of social economy,the problems of environmental pollution have become increasingly serious.Regional bad environment air quality continued,and water quality is not optimistic,so the environmental protection is urgent.Therefore,the increase supervision of environment has been strengthened.More stringent laws,regulations and standards of environment monitoring have been revised and released.Environment monitoring as an important means of measuring environmental quality and pollutant emission indexes provides the data sources for environment management.It also provides the basis for the measurement of pollution,environmental decision-making and environmental law enforcement.It plays an important role in the environment management in our country.Recently,with the development of monitoring technologies,automatic online monitoring of environment has become the important means in China's environmental management.This paper mainly investigate the environmental monitoring system research and application both here and abroad,as well as the domestic environmental protection and on-line monitoring system construction,its development and application.The starting point is to enhance the working efficiency of M Oilfield environmental protection.The final purpose is to construct a pollutants on-line automatic monitoring system.At the same time,the text detailed the development and application of the oil field environment online monitoring system combined with the development of modern information technologies.This system that will be established provided reliable basic data support for environment statistical work and for the oil field sustainable development escort.The author as the backbone took part in the design and construction process of the online monitoring platform system of M oilfield.According to the actual situation,the main goal and construction direction of the system were designed.The composition and basic functions of online monitoring system were determined.M Oilfield online monitoring platform system was constructed and put into application.The on-site equipment of sewage processing units' network was debugged.The transmission channel between the front and center server was established and the Web platform was constructed.The real-time monitoring data of all units of the oilfield and the analysis of historical monitoring data and curve could be queried.Total amount check and calculation could be realized accounting data.The annual,monthly,daily report could be output.The mobile phone client App application system was developed.Data monitoring function for the user was realized whenever and wherever possible to achieve.The management model of multi-method,multi-platform and multi-terminal to the environment protect was achieved.
