In the eastern part of Shengli Oilfield,the typical characteristic of heavy oil is high viscosity,and the oil viscosity is more than 10×10~4mPa·s.There are two main problems in the exploitation of heavy oil.One is that the oil viscosity is high and the flow resistance is too large,so that the oil can't flow from the reservoir to the bottom.The other is that Degassing and temperature drop can make viscosity higher.Degassing and temperature drop can make viscosity higher.This paper according to the viscosity reducer by artificial from the tubing casing annulus to join,and thinner discontinuous,viscosity reducer floating in the dynamic l iquid level can not be stirred and drilling fluid mixed uneven and in the pump suctio n mouth and drilling fluid mixture in non-uniform problem,carry out heavy oil wells underground over vortex pump viscosity reduction and lifting technology research,to i mprove the viscosity reduction effect of viscosity and reduce the amount of adhesive.Main research contents include four aspects:Pump swirl reducing the overall design o f the sticky,pump rotary falling stick technology research,ground injection system stu dies,reducing agent dosage and liquid producing capacity matching optimization desig n and research,through four aspects of research formed a set of effective vortex pum p down stick lifting technique.After the application of the technology,not only reduc es the labor intensity,and improve labor safety of workers in the field,create the obv ious social and economic benefits,the technology can also be used in anti-corrosion,a ntiscale and dosing wells,application prospect broad.
