Suizhong 36-1 oilfield adopt rolling development model.It is the largest oil field in China at present.It has 14 wells.Use the way of mix water and sewage together.After long-term water flooding,the water injection wells in Suizhong 36-1 oilfield injection pressure is generally high,resulting in drop of water injection,formation energy deficit,oilfield development affected.The main reason of the water source well injection pressure rised is to be jammed,by injection water quality?such as suspended particles,calcium carbonate fouling and cleaning mixed injection?,reservoir sensitivity?such as the influence of velocity sensitivity and water?and process measures?Ruzhu poly plugging and acidizing treatment?.In the last few years,the corrosion of scale in the water source in Bohai is also found.This paper mainly based on the different water quality conditions and production status of Bohai,through theoretical analysis and indoor experiments,prediction the scale and the corrosion of the Bohai water source wells.Analysis of water source wells corrosion and fouling factors and the influence factors,determine the best anti-corrosion measures.On this basis,through the indoor experiment to select the best corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor,on the process design,protective life prediction and economic evaluation,and determine the implementation of the program for offshore operations.The results show that:according to the water source well field sampling and analysis of production situation,prediction and analysis of fouling trend and fouling in underground coal mine,the results show that the main products are CaCO3;Main factors which lead to the calcium and magnesium scale is the water,the concentration of HCO3-and Ca2+?Mg2+,underground temperature changes and the production of a large scale of production,the water quality is not compatible with the water quality will be exacerbated,the corrosion rate of the low grade material has increased sharply due to the mismatch of the material of the underground pipe string,this is the screen of stainless steel and carbon steel pipe buckle body contact the causes of early damage;Optimization of scale inhibitor DXG-1 and inhibitor BUCT-1A and determine the optimum concentration of use.Different for different working areas in quality and production conditions,proposed coiled tubing pickling descaling and injection anti scaling agent/corrosion inhibitor.
