With the development of industry and the progress of the society,the exploitation and usage of petroleum resources are increasing continuously.The extraction and refining sectors of petroleum will produce lots of the oily sludge.The complex,difficult to deal with mixture will cause serious environmental problems.In order to explore better oily sludge processing method and resource recovery.This paper proposes to use extraction separation method to handle oily sludge in Dong Ying refinery.What is more we will reach solvent phase and raffinate in future study.First,93# gasoline was selected to extract oily sludge in Dong Ying refinery(composed of 32.28% oil,16.61% water,51.11% solid)as extraction agent.The results of the extraction experiments was that the separation efficiency of the single stage extraction was the best at the condition of the 75?,25 min and 4 of the mass ratio.Two and three stage countercurrent extraction experiments can enhance the extraction efficiency,extraction rate can reach more than 94%,considering the cost,operation difficulty and extraction effect,two stage counter current extraction is more suitable for the experiment.Then,the distribution ratio was calculated by straight line fitting,and the experimental distribution ratio was increased with the increase of the temperature.The equilibrium time is mainly affected by the temperature and the nature of the extraction agent.The extraction curve of different temperature was obtained,the corresponding saturated concentration was calculated,and the saturation concentration was determined by the nature of the extraction agent and the extracted substanceLast of all,in the experiment,the extraction solvent recovery experiment was carried out,when the heating time reached 40 min,the recovery efficiency of the extraction agent can reach more than 90%.The horizontal helical centrifuge with suspended sediment particles in the extraction phase has a good separation effect,and the efficiency of the separation efficiency can reach more than 95%.Centrifugal separation efficiency is the best at the condition of differential 25 rpm,height of liquid level 70 mm,centrifugal speed 4500 rpm and material concentration 4%.
