In recent years,China petrochemical industries have developed rapidly in both enterprise scales and processing depth,crude oil became higher sulfur,acid and heavier inferior.In such a context,the composition of wastewater into the sewage farm is becoming more and more complex,high concentration of sulfate wastewater has also drawn greater attention because of the threat on the subsequent wastewater treatment process.Based on the quality characteristics of refining sulfate wastewater,macroporous ion-exchange resin adsorption pretreatment method was selected in this paper.Through static and dynamic adsorption experiments and Zr-loaded modifying experiment,the adsorption performance and mechanism were researched,and the adsorption capacity was increased significantly by Zr loading on the modified resin.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?Macroreticular resins in the treatment of refining sulfate wastewater performance more stable than gel type resin.D201 resins is outstanding with high adsorption capacity and stability,and follow the general rules when influenced by different experimental conditions.And the desorption process is irreversible chemical adsorption with no obvious regularity and good regeneration performance;?2?The D201 adsorption process conforms to the pseudo-second order kinetic model,qe'=63.29 mg?g-1,liquid film diffusion is the controlling step,and the diffusion constant is 0.1623.Langmuir isotherm fits better to the adsorption behavior,which is monolayer adsorption and favorable adsorption for D201 resin,and the adsorption process is endothermic process;D201 resin is amorphous substance with much activity and many micro-and macro-pores on the surface.What's more,the pore path became more clear and smooth after adsorption,and the characteristic peak of SO3H-also appeared,as a result of the reaction of SO42-and[-N?CH3?3OH]on D201 resin.?3?The dynamic adsorption performance of D201 resin follows the general law of resins,obviously influenced by inflow velocity and ratio of column diameter to height,the biggest dynamic adsorption capacity is 299.55 mg(SO42-)/m L?resin?;?4?The SO42-adsorption amount of the Zr-D201modified resin can reach up to 86.31 mg/g,when the oscillating reaction time is 1 hour,the resin/Zirconium ratio is 6,which increases by 38%compared with the original resin D201,and the loading amount of Zr?IV?is 48.39%,without leakage in reaction process.The characterization analysis results show that the Zr-D201 resin has a larger specific surface area,pore diameter and pore volume;Zirconium can be successfully loaded to the inner structure of D201 resin,and the Zr-D201 modified resin still has an amorphous structure with stronger SO42-adsorption ability.
