The process of manufacturing printed circuit board produces variety and a large amount of wastewater among which the emphasis and one of the difficulties is the disposal of Complex wastewater and low concentration organic wastewater.PCB complex wastewater whose main contaminant is complex copper which is in the range of 100ppm-300ppm mostly with Cu-EDTA and copper ammonia complex is difficult to deal with.Low concentration organic wastewater,which is the end of PCB wastewater treatment but before the biochemical treatment,is in the range of 100-500ppm.Due to the intermittence of manufacture and instability of biochemical process the effluent quality is in the range of 80-150ppm or more,which can not meet the discharge standards.This paper makes some experiments and inquiry for the emphasis and difficulty in wastewater treatment of PCB.It will choose one or more resin to deal with wastewater.This resin must have high efficiency and high eluting ratio,and lower cost without changing the pH of wastewater.Finally,we choose a kind of strong-acid cation exchange resin called 001×8 for the treatment of complex copper wastewater.Total copper content of feed water is about 165ppm.When effluent quality of total copper content under 1ppm,decagram resin can deal with 600mL wastewater.When under 7.5ppm,and meeting the discharge standards,it can deal with 1500mL wastewater.When resin is saturated,it can deal with 4000mL wastewater.This thesis chooses a kind of acrylic macroporous adsorption resin called SD500 to deal with low concentration organic wastewater by studying and nalysising.When effluent quality of COD under 60ppm,5g resin can deal with 2700mL wastewater.And when resin is saturated,it can deal with 4000mL wastewater.We find that the regenerative liquid with 10%NaOH+10%NaCl is the best choose not only having a good efficiency but also lower cost.At the same time,this paper uses a method calling concentration gradient regeneration method.It is using the regeneration liquid with 5%NaCl+5%NaOH and the regeneration liquid can be regarded as saturation after using it 6 times.The regeneration liquid COD is approximately 6100,4900,3600,2300,1500,800.The regeneration liquid can be processed by different process,reducing process cost.
