With development of further research of welding technology and power electronic technology developing and its wide application in the field of welding,the higher demand is put forward for the precise control and intelligence of welding power supply.Arc welding is one of the most important parts of modern welding technology,Its application covers almost every field of modern industrial production.The inverter frequency current of arc welding inverter power source is generally concentrated in the 20-100 KHz range,with the increasing trend of the inverter frequency,the weight and volume of arc welding inverter power supply corresponding decreases,while the output inductance welder correspondingly reduced,the welding time control on the inverse power supply provides a good foundation.However,the current arc welding inverter is controlled by analog circuit,which to some extent restrain the intelligent and precise control of arc welding power supply.Therefore,this paper completed a research about the accurate control and intelligent arc welding inverter power supply.The so-called digital arc welding inverter,in fact,it is the use of modern computer technology,in 0 and 1 to complete the arc welding process parameters of the closed-loop regulation.The essence of the arc welding inverter power supply digital controller is the study the different of digital control and analog control circuit.This paper aims to get a suit of welding inverter digital controller parameters needed in applications when design strategy and optimize digital controller.In the process of this part of the research in this paper,we analyzed the working process of the arc welding inverter power source with the current research of arc welding inverter power source,the control effect has carried on the preliminary theoretical analysis.The key to realize the digital arc welding inverter control system is to build a digital control of arc welding inverter power supply system.this paper combines the research status and development trend of inverter arc welding power source,on the basis of combining the latest development of computer technology and embedded technology,selection of ST companies new processor architecture M4 series microcontroller-STM32F407VGT6 as the control core of a digital control of arc welding inverter power supply system.In this paper the design of arc welding inverter power source control system not only realizes the welding process of the welding parameter input,display,storage and call,the actual welding parameters acquisition and monitoring functions,and can realize the welding parameters of constant current control.Not only can realize the remote host PC interaction on the welding machine,the micro controller can also be collected real-time data upload welding monitoring according to the monitoring,the real-time correction of welding process parameters,to achieve the higherrequirements of the welding process and welding quality get more optimized.
