Reverse osmosis water desalination treatment technology is an important process to achieve zero discharge of industrial wastewater.In the production process,equipments must be in strict chronological order to start and stop frequently because of its high control requirements,and it's difficult to achieve the process control efficiently and accurately in manual way.In addition,if the fault has not been accurately diagnosed and disposed,the wastewater treatment process would not be effective and the components would be damaged,which will result unnecessary economic losses.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop reverse osmosis desalination water treatment automatic control system and reverse osmosis membrane fault diagnosis system.In this paper,a domestic smelter reverse osmosis desalination water treatment system development project is combined to start the research and application of automatic control system and reverse osmosis membrane fault diagnosis system,the main work is as follows:(1)Design on automatic control system and development on monitoring software.The structure and function of the automatic control system are designed according to process control requirements.The monitoring software including the control software and operation guidance screen is developed by Siemens STEP 7 programming software and WinCC configuration software.Among them,the control software can realize the logic control of equipments and manage the devices through reading and transmitting the parameters.The operation guidance screen can operate the devices,monitor and storage parameters of the process equipments.(2)Research and development on reverse osmosis membrane fault diagnosis system.The case-based reasoning(CBR)method is applied to the reverse osmosis membrane fault diagnosis.For the problem of the incremental learning process of CBR leads to the decrease of reasoning efficiency,fuzzy adaptive resonance theory(Fuzzy ART)is applied to the case base maintenance.Firstly,the Fuzzy ART neural network is used to divide the source case into several clusters.Then,the noise cases and the redundancy cases are deleted and the outliers are retained to realized the case base maintenance.Finally,the algorithm of fault diagnosis is given according to this maintenance strategy.The comparison experiment results show that the diagnostic performance of this method is better than other typical methods,and the fault diagnosis system is developed by VC ++ 6.0 and WinCC configuration software.(3)Research on engineering application.The monitoring software is applied to a domestic smelter reverse osmosis desalination water treatment process,which can achieve the centralized monitoring and meet the design requirements of recovery rate,desalination rate and p H value in the system.Moreover,the normal operation of the system not only provides the basis for the process personnel to master the process condition but also provides the basic data for the fault diagnosis system.The diagnostic accuracy,the false negative rate and the false alarm rate and other indicators of the reverse osmosis membrane fault diagnosis system can meet the requirements,which makes the significant application effectiveness.
