With the increase of municipal solid waste quantity,the dry anaerobic fermentation technology treating the organic solid waste was gradually attracted attention.Compared to wet anaerobic fermentation,dry anaerobic fermentation had more advantages than wet anaerobic fermentation,which could improve treatment efficiency and increase the total yield of biogas.Firstly physical and chemical properties and anaerobic fermentation characteristics experiment of Beijing municipal solid waste are experimented.Experimental analysis results show that “wet components”(Organic part of the household rubbish)is very suitable for anaerobic fermentation: uniform granularity,organic matter content high,better control of the plastic content after the pretreatment.The system obtained biogas yield of 182 mL/g with methane content of 54.52 %.The best HRT was 25 d.The second dry fermentation simulation test shows the feasibility and reliability of the process.The Silo-type biogas dry fermentation system was developed in this study.The reactor volume is 600 m~3 with function of controlling leachate recirculation,real-time operation data collection,heating and insulation.The problem of large-scale rapid front-rear have been solved.The results showed that pressure in the fermentation tank is 1.21~1.57 kPa.The organic waste producing biogas obtain rate of 291 Nm~3/t with methane content of 65 %,and VS conversion rate reached 74.79 %,which would be use for power generation.After a period of four months,agitator working effectively in the fermentation tank,There are no serious stratification phenomenon.The system runs stably.
