The SEC Listed Reserves Database System Design And Implementation

Petroleum and gas are an important mineral of energy,which play a crucial role in sustainable development of national security and economy.Listed more than a decade,t he joint stocks corporation has accumulated a wealth of data and results of listed stocks,and with the formal implementation of the SEC new rules in 2010,it is confronted with more demands and challenges now.In this trend,to establish a SEC listed reserves data base management system to meet the data management and statistical analysis as well a s the assisted assessment of the SEC listed reserves is necessary.As the managing informatization of the storage of Petroleum and gas promotes the joint-stock cooperation,the supporting work about the database of the reserves becom es more deepen,complex,complete.Especially when the platform about the database m anagement is launched,the work,such as updating the database of the reserves,commu nicating the data with the national database registered,needs more systemised support.Therefore,while the projective team maintain all databases throughout country operated normally,a great number of technical supporting work are needed,including the establi shment of date bridge about the implicit date,checking in the updated date.These supp ort work are great importance.Currently,there are a lot of methods to calculate the dynamic reserves of petroleum and gas,but each one has its own application period.Based on some literatures,in this paper,we primarily analyze the basic principles of volume method,the law of diminishi ng production and water drive characteristic curve method as well as their application p eriod.It only needs a few of dynamic data in the method of the law of diminishing production and water drive characteristic curve,but the these two ways are applicable to the latter part of the exploration of petroleum and gas.In this work,by C# language,all kinds of methods of the storage computation are r eversed into the software module.With the aid of this software,the static and dynamic r eserves of HA6 oil field and XIngjiang's oil field is foreseen.The predicted result is clo se to the actual value,which justify the computation for the reserves has a certain signifi cance.
