The urgency of Halahatang Block drilling speed improvement and oil and gas exploration and development are still not adapt,the inadaptability of the block and application of fast drilling technology directly affects the exploration and development of the cycle and progress.Firstly Halahatang block engineering geological characteristics and drilling difficulties of research,through the speed technical suitability and effectiveness evaluation and selected for Halahatang block torsion impact drilling speed technology,torsion impact drilling speed technology were furtherly analyzed the mechanism,to make better use of the acceleration technology to make theoretical support and reasonable advice to the construction of the project.The main achievements of the paper:(1)Analysis of acceleration mechanism of Torsion Impact DrillingThe model is established,and the finite element software is used to simulate the numerical simulation,and the mechanism of the acceleration of the torsional impact is put forward: The torsion impact tool is more concentrated than the transfer tendency of the torsional force under the conventional condition through the high frequency and stable impact force,which causes more damage to the rock.Compared with conventional conditions torque straight dramatic changes,the torque torque impact tool for high level step like change,change process more relaxed.This will be able to eliminate the card slip,effectively protect the drilling tool,improve the mechanical drilling speed.(2)Optimization of technical parameters and field application of torque impact drilling.In order to give full play to the effect of torque impact drilling speed,the application effect of the acceleration technology in the field of torque impact drilling is evaluated and analyzed.Application in 4 wells,speed effect is obvious,and analysis is proposed for and points for attention in construction parameters of Halahatang block application of torque impact fast drilling technology.(3)Optimization of matching drilling toolLocal wells using 5 "non-standard drill pipe made large displacement and improving downhole motor power,improve the downhole hydraulic power to fast drilling objective.Using blade bit increases with the contact area of the bottom,so that you can increase the drill grinding and stability,increases in hard and hard formation of ROP.
