As the exploration and development of oil becoming deep and oil and gas resources tense,in China the exploration and development of oil and gas has gradually from the shallow to the deep,from conventional resources to unconventional resources and from domestic to foreign markets.When drilling mud shale,shale,large section of the salt-gypsum layer and some complex stratum,the requirement of oil based drilling fluid with strong inhibition and high lubrication become urgent.In Tarim oil field of kuqa piedmont area,resources of oil and gas buried depth,high temperature,high pressure and large section of the salt-gypsum layer,which bring huge problem in drilling operation.Currently,these areas use oil-based drilling fluid of two famous foreign companies.Nowadays foreign oil-based drilling fluid system has developed maturely,but in our country oil-based drilling fluid emulsifier still exists the problem of insufficient in resistance to high temperature and resistance to salt water pollution.To break the company's foreign technology monopoly,it is necessary to study high temperature and high density oil-based drilling fluid.Emulsifier is key to oil-based drilling fluid treatment agent and determines the system's stability.So this article develops a kind of high density oil-based drilling fluid,which can resist to high temperature and salt.In this paper,according to performance requirements of oil-based drilling fluid,emulsifier type and molecular structure are optimized.Through investigation and research alkanolamide synthesis method,the synthesis methods are determined and synthetic conditions,such as temperature,time and material ratio,are optimized.With methyl oleate and diethanolamine as raw material,a kind of oil-based drilling fluid of emulsifier is synthesized under certain condition of temperature and catalyst.Finally,the synthetic products do pollution resistance experiment,test performance evaluation in different density,test performance evaluation in different ratio of oil and water and are compared with emulsifiers at home and abroad.Through optimizing organic soil,fluid loss agent and emulsifier,a kind of emulsifier which can resist salt,high temperature and use in high density oil-based drilling fluid was synthesized.The result of indoor evaluation shows that the emulsifier can use in the oil-based drilling fluid whose density is 2.35 g/cm3 and oil/water ratio is 85:15.In 180?,the emulsifier has high temperature stability and ability to resist to salt water pollution.Such technology is expected to break the foreign technology monopoly and solve the Tarim kuqa piedmont drilling problems of salt-gypsum layer of high temperature and high pressure.
