The rapid offshore oil exploration development leads to the serious pollution of oil spill,which is harmful to the marine environment.Since the end of last century,the use of bioremediation technology to enhance effective management of oil pollution of the coastline has become a general consensus.However,as the ocean is a movement,open system,the water flow,temperature,and composition of indigenous microorganisms will affect added microbial activity.Hence,Immobilized microorganisms on the carrier,eliminating the restrictions of the marine environment,and the study of more effective removal of pollutants will have important practical significance and economic value.Of various inorganic mineral chemical properties,surface properties and carrier structure after investigation and screening,and the pH ysicochemical change and organically modified prepared has good selective adsorption,also easy to get,no secondary pollution of the immobilized material-organic zeolite.We immobilized the oil degrading bacteria on a carrier respectively by adsorption fixation,embedding fixation and adsorption-embedding joint fixation.The examining results of mass transfer resistance,tensile strength and continuous use stability of three immobilized methods show that adsorption fixation is the best way.Because of its good mass transfer performance,excellent fixing ability of microorganisms,high crude oil removal ability and many other advantages.We optimized preparation conditions of immobilized agents by response surface analysis method,which shows that the optimal adsorption fixed time is 75 h,optimal strain age is 75.6h,the optimal dosage is 1.7g carrier and the corresponding maximum oil removal is 42.56%.Confirmatory crude oil removal experiment result is 40.36%,which in line with the experimental predictions.Also we studied the applicability efficient of prepared immobilized oil-degrading bacterium in intertidal sediments,mainly about the effect of salinity,N:P ratio moisture and to crude oil degradation rate.In addition,the adaptation respectively are 2.5%-3%?N:P = 5:1 and 30%-70%.This study based on immobilized microorganism,combined with advantages of a particular material,provided a data support and reference basis for synchronous implementation of the oil spill adsorption and degradation in sea water.In addition,this study has also solved the environmental constraints of the biological agents and nutrients,which also has important social-economic benefits.
