A Research On Single Pipeline System Reliability Optimization Allocation Method

Natural gas pipe network system is becoming more and more complex,and influencing factors of the safe operation of the network are growing,how to improve the reliability of large gas pipeline network system has become one of the important research topic in the industry wide concern.This paper researches on the reliability optimization allocation method of single pipe system combining reliability theory with optimization allocation method,the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)According to characteristics of natural gas pipeline project and system operation,basing on the reliability analysis and optimization theory,explore and study a method applicable to a single pipeline system reliability optimization allocation.(2)From the viewpoint of gas supply security,select the pipeline system and the reliability of the system unit characteristics.In view of the different pipeline system operation condition,analyzes the difference and contact between basic reliability and mission reliability model,and typical structural reliability model of pipe unit,and apply to the example analysis of pipeline system reliability model.(3)Combining with the end user expectations of natural gas supply reliability or requirement,determine the target reliability of single pipeline system and gas distributing station.Combining pipeline system logic structure and operating conditions to determine the pressure compressor station target reliability.According to the historical data analysis to determine the target reliability of pipe section in the system unit.(4)Mainly consider the degree of standardization,complexity,maintainability,and degree of difficulty to detect the fault units,and uses the method of comprehensive score to determine the four factors influence weight.(5)Appling research on the engineering example,verifies the optimization distribution method on single pipeline system reliability.
