Design And Implementation Of Control System For Well Controlled Training In Experimental Well

Current oil companies for the efficient production and safe production increasingly takes,expand the drilling well control training in the management team and is a top priority.However,the major domestic oil companies outdoor training platform low-tech,high-intensity-dependent,high-risk job to start training manual,which is obviously not conducive to the well control training career direction toward high-tech development.Since the drilling platform is not only charged with the task of mining,the more economic value can't be measured,so this paper will be based on experimental wells platform automatic control system design.This paper introduces the basic structure of the experimental platform well,well control training proposed experimental wells control system design.According to the actual demand,through the selection software and hardware products of Opto22 SNAP PAC control system,combined with Ethernet transmission technology,graphics display technology and data acquisition technology,designed a set of automatic control system of well control training.Control system based on SNAP PAC R2 controller to complete the related electrical equipment operation process logic control,configuration options and the client provides the operating environment parameters feedback.When you expand the training of technical staff only need remote operation PC configuration can be simple and efficient,to improve training efficiency and safety purposes.The control system has been successfully applied to the related field training,and can be used as a reference point for the development of well controlled training in the major oil fields.
