Electrospun is a versatile technique to produce micro-and nanofibers.The coaxial electrospun technology can be used to prepare core-shell structure fiber,and a corrosion inhibiter can be encapsulated in the core fiber to investigate its self-healing capability,which has great potential in the field of anti-corrosion.In this paper,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF),polyving akohol(PVA),PVDF/MBT(inhibiter 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole)and PVA/MBT nanofiber membranes were electrospun on Q345 steel surface.Nanofiber morphology was observed via SEM and the electrochemical workstation was used to test the anticorrosion performance.The results showed that on the condition of 17 wt.% concentration,environment temperature 25 ?,20% humidity,voltage 10 kv,solvent DMF: acetone = 7:3,receiving distance of 15 cm,even thickness electrospun PVDF nanofiber could be obtained and best protected the steel.MBT could affect the crystallization of PVDF,made the fiber morphology uneven and reduced the protection ability.PVA was soluble in water,unable to effectively block medium invasion,the overall protection effect was not good.MBT increased the solution viscosity of PVA,improved the fiber morphology and the protection ability of steel.The anticorrosive performance of the crosslinked PVA nanofiber membrane improved significantly.On this basis,PVDF/PVA + MBT composite fiber membrane was prepared by coaxial electrospun technolgy,in which shell material was PVDF,core layer material was PVA + MBT.The core-shell structure was obtained by changing the proportion of core-shell solution and the wire feed speed.On the condition of shell concentration 17 wt.%,core layer concentration 15 wt.%,MBT quality volume 0.1 g/ml,wire feeding speed 1.5 ml/h,core-shell structure nanofiber could have a better microstructure via TEM.EIS results showed that the the protection effect of EP/PVDF/PVA+MBTcomposite coating was superior to EP/PVDF coating.The scratch test indicated that the EP/PVDF/PVA+MBT composite coating improved the protection effect and possessed a certain self-healing effect on steel.
