The thesis focus on the topic of the removing of hydrogen sulfide in Changqing Oilfield.The hydrogen sulfide sources of oil recovery plant No.3 is invested by the way of hydrogen sulfide test and sample analysis at the scene of the oil field and the thesis also put forward an effective treatment method.The thesis also gives a reasonable explanation for the problems produced in the process of hydrogen sulfide governance.On-site survey and sampling analysis of single well and gathering station with excessive hydrogen sulfide in Changqing Oilfield are conducted.According to the geological conditions of Changqing Oilfield,the formation temperature,pH,oil-reservoir water contained sulfate and organic matter in crude oil provide the suitable conditions for the growth and reproduction of sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB).In addition,sulfate reducing bacteria is detected in water samples,therefore,a large amount of hydrogen sulfide may be derived from the metabolism of SRB.Meanwhile,the content of sulfate reducing bacteria in typical wells is analyzed using vanishing-dilution method,the results show that the single well with excessive hydrogen sulfide has sulfate reducing bacteria and the number of sulfate reducing bacteria has the positive correlation with the content of hydrogen sulfide.When the fungicide is added,the content of hydrogen sulfide is found to be significantly reduced,which further verified the rationality of the inference.A kind of high efficient desulfurization agent is prepared by the combination in the laboratory and the sterilization rate of the pure agent is 100%.Its water solubility and oil solubility are lower,the service life is longer,and the sterilization effect is better.The desulfurization rate of several kinds of desulfurization agents is measured by Iodimetry.The results show that desulfurization degree increases with time,and the desulfurization rate has just started to be larger and then gradually tends to be stable.The orthogonal test of four factors and three levels is carried out with 1227,formaldehyde,ethanol amine and emulsion breaker.We gets the hydrogen sulfide content changes and dosing situation of each detection point of L71-46,L72-33,W8 Z and N9 Z through field investigation and analysis and put forward reasonable suggestions.Through the experiment,the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen sulfide was measured at the same concentration of different surfactants and different concentrations of the same surfactant(twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate).It was found that most of the surface active agent can increase the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen sulfide and most surfactants favor the diffusion of hydrogen sulfide.Therefore,we can consider adding a certain amount of surface active agent at the time of the compound desulfurization agent for hydrogen sulfide removal,reduce dosage,prolonged dosing period and realize the maximization of economic benefits.
