More areas in Jilin Oilfield where the concentration of hydrogen sulfide gas is higher than the safe range,some blocks have been obvious smell of rotten eggs,this phenomenon not only threatens the health of oil field operators and pollutes the environment,but also poses a serious potential safety hazard.At present,our country's advocacy aims are people-oriented,harmonious coexistence between man and nature,in order to improve the overall efficiency of oil fields to guarantee regional security.Therefore,the treatment of hydrogen sulfide in sulfur-bearing blocks is particularly prominent.Solving the hydrogen sulfide gas in the environment is a very complicated and arduous task,to prevent hydrogen sulfide poisoning,reduce pollution to the environment,exclude security risks,it must be clear source of hydrogen sulfide gas,starting developed effective prevention and control measures at source.The Hong-75 block studied in this paper is the most representative block in Jilin Oilfield,sampling of all wells in the block,analyze and study the basic parameters of hydrogen sulfide gas content,the amount of sulfate reducing bacteria in the aqueous phase,sulfate ion content,and mineralization degree,experiments on produced sulfate-reducing bacteria,study its basic living environment,to provide the theoretical basis for finding the optimal sterilization program for hydrogen sulfide removal and sulfate reducing bacteria,sulfate-reducing bacteria treatment and hydrogen sulfide removal integrated device are finally completed,the device will be combined with biological control methods,use of the competition mechanism between microorganisms,long-term control of sulfate-reducing bacteria,to prevent the regeneration of sulfate-reducing bacteria,multi-channel control of hydrogen sulfide gas generation,to contribute to the safety and environmental protection benefits of the oil field block.
