| During the drilling with water phase,a large amount of wasted drilling fluid will be released in a relatively short period of time.The basic characteristics of the drilling fluid are large flow rate,relatively small solid content,and small size of the solid particle.In order to implement the integrated treatment of wasted drilling fluid with drilling,the problem of solidliquid separation of waste liquid with large flow rate and low solid in the field must be solved.Based on the analysis of wasted drilling fluid treatment conditions,a wasted liquid treatment system is designed,which is used for the solid liquid separation of large flow wasted drilling fluid in the process of water drilling.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different cyclone structures,the paper puts forward a structure of vortex type cyclone with spiral grooves,and gives the structure of key pars and analyses the selection of key pars for reference.A set of suitable formula for the process of vortex cyclone is summed up,based on the analysis of the characteristics of solid and liquid phase and combining the existing theory.The flow field was simulated with Fluent software,and the advantages and disadvantages of the cyclone structure is discussed,then the parameters were improved.By flow field analysis and experimental test,the cyclone with special spiral groove inlet with can offset asymmetry of the entrance with certain degree,facilitates discharge of the separated liquid phase;The vortex type cyclone has high treatment capacity and high separation efficiency,which can meet the solid-liquid separation of wasted drilling fluid produced in the process of water drilling. |
