With the continuous exploitation of land oil,many land-based oil and gas wells have entered the post-mining,as a result offshore oil exploitation has become increasingly common.However,in the course of the current offshore oil exploitation,there has been a lot of technical problems,so that oil production and lower transport efficiency.To improve efficiency,the paper designed a new dual screw rotor profile,combined with another type Hermetically Selection of the line.First,the design principle of profile for twin-screw pump was proposed briefly in this article,and the composition of the initial profile for twin-screw pump rotor was analyzed emphatically.The coordinate transformation and enveloping principle were used to deduce the conjugate profile of the initial.The equation of the conjugate profile and the meshing relations between the profiles of the initial and the conjugate were obtained.With the analysis to mashing characteristics of the twin-screw pump rotors,the helicoids equations of screw rotors were obtained as well as the equations of the mash-lines,and the equations of the instantaneous touch-lines for the twin-screw pump rotors were deduced by the equations of the mash-lines.Second,In this paper,the principle forms of work and the booster screw rotor were analyzed,and the calculation formula of the pump pressure distribution,and the screw rotor flow channel arrangement.Then calculates a new line of twin-screw pump design flow area and flow theory,the effective power to determine the next new line of screw-type rotor design dimensions according to the formula,and completed modeling.Hermetically line while also modeled and to determine the size.Third,In this paper,after a given flow channel arrangement,the use of static theory screw rotor shaft has been the strength and stability analysis.Finite element software for three-screw rotor dynamics analysis of the structure,and deformation results were compared and analyzed.Last,in this paper,using the finite element software for three-screw rotor steady temperature field analysis and thermal power coupling analysis,two wire type rotor axial and radial deformation in various states,and deformation results were compared and analyzed.Ultimately concluded.
