500,000 t / year gasoline etherification unit is an continuous production equipment,where the light gasoline raw materials' s distillate is ?70 ?,and the production are blending components of low olefins and high octane gasoline.The production has been running stably since November 19,2012.The light gasoline's amount of the light gasoline processing provided by 66 t /h to 75 t /h in early October 2015 to further enhance the processing capacity of the device,and to expand the posterior approach for the Heavy oil catalytic cracking unit parallel operation,and eventually improve the Unit's capability of the Light gasoline's processing ability.after increasing the feeding capacity of light oil,to insure that we can reach the national standard of the C5's and C6's conversion rate,the etherification product's total content of enter,and the octane number,we adjusted the relevant process parameters through binding nature of raw materials,product quality analysis and the operation of equipment to Particularly we optimized the key process indicators like reactor inlet temperature,the fractionator bottom temperature,and the Methanol and Isobutylene ratio,to achieve the purpose of smooth operation and the safe operation,and we received the good effect,and we Reduces the light olefin content of gasoline,and we Make more active olefins turned into high octane number gasoline blending component,and at the same time,we Increased the yield of etherification product,and we Improve the octane number 1.5 units,and eventually we achieve the the target of the maximize production efficiency.
