In this thesis,the light gasoline etherification process to improve the quality of the gasoline is introduced.Three sets of equipments of light gasoline etherification in China and abroad were investigated.Taking six aspects into consideration,such as the changsh,equipment investment,catalyst loading quantity,device operation result,plant utilities consumption and comprehensive energy consumption,we can find the advantages of the domestic etherification technology.The domestic etherification technology provides a new choice for the refinery of the technology upgrade.The software of Aspen Plus was employed to simulate the light gasoline etherification equipment that LNE technology was used,the simulation data refered to the process data package and the field calibration data.Through the simulation,we determine the appropriate element model and the thermodynamic method for each unit operation.On the basis of the process simulation,the sensitivity analysis of the parameters of the reactive distillation column,the extraction tower and the methanol recovery tower were carried out.The parameters include the feed position,the plate number,the feed temperature,the reflux ratio and the rate at the top of the column.On the basis of incorporating the product quality and energy consumption,the optimal operating parameters is determined.Based on the simulation,energy analysis with "three-link model" is conducted.We find that the energy conversion efficiency is 81.78%,process using link efficiency is 93.93%,the energy recovery rate is 48.17%,the total energy using of the technology is 1183.62 MJ/t.Using pinch analysis method,we optimize the unit heat exchange network and make 38 sets of optimization scheme.By contrast,we determine to use 6th optimization solution and 27 th optimization solution.27 th optimization solution which can save utilities 284,300 yuan per year is better than 6th optimization solution which can save 269,200 yuan per year.Redesigning the actual size and structure parameters of the 27 th optimization solution,it is found that 537,600 yuan of the equipment investment can be cut down,which verifies the importance of network optimization from the economy.
