| As a high-quality,clean and efficient low-carbon energy,the world’s natural gas industry will be the future development of response to global climate improvement linked.China’s "second Five-Year" energy plan to promote energy diversification,the development of low-carbon economy,improve the energy structure for the concept of natural gas to give high priority,LNG cold energy can be used in decontamination ice technology not only meet the "second five" Concept,but also to improve energy efficiency,to achieve efficient use of energy.However,there are few studies on the technology of LNG cold energy for ice making,and the actual engineering project is lacking.Therefore,it is necessary to study and discuss the technology again,and provide theoretical guidance for the later construction.This paper discusses the development of LNG cold energy utilization and LNG satellite station cold energy for ice making technology development status quo.In this paper,three kinds of processes are analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of cold energy value evaluation method,process refrigerant comparison,process design,process simulation and optimization,state equation selection and so on.The results show that LNG is used in decontamination and ice making,which not only achieves the function of defogging,ensured the production of ice making,but also made full use of the facilities in the fire pool,saving the investment of equipment and avoiding the waste of water resources every day.In the demolition,while reducing the labor intensity of workers handling waste ice.According to the above three processes than the selection of the best process to domestic Chaozhou Hong Kong and China LNG station decontamination process of engineering design,including the entire process of key equipment technical requirements and selection,process system value analysis and Social benefits and economic benefits,and finally also on the entire process of ice production scale and effect of accounting.The accounting results show that,according to the refrigeration efficiency COP estimates,for the ice machine,the cooling of the COP is about 2,then about 30 k per ton of ice energy savings,annual saving of 2.55 million kWh,according to the price of 0.8 yuan / Can save 2.05 million yuan.In addition,according to the price of ice for the 100 yuan / ton,LNG gasification trough cooling capacity to produce ice,ice can be 100 tons per day,about 36,000 tons per year,the annual sales of ice produced value of about 360 Million or so.The project can greatly enhance the gasification capacity of LNG gasification station,can be a good solution to the gasification in less than 20000 m3 / h atomization phenomenon,energy saving and emission reduction effect,the annual savings of about 970 tons of standard coal,reduce carbon dioxide Emissions of about 2,300 tons,with good economic and social benefits,and LNG cold energy for the use of ice in the field of engineering development laid the foundation. |
