With the global resources,energy shortage and environmental pollution becoming increasingly serious,green design as one of the key ways to control the deterioration of the ecological environment from the source,has attracted extensive attention from experts and scholars at home and abroad.As the working machine of the manufacturing industry,the machine tool is one of the typical equipments that cause resource consumption and environmental pollution discharge problems.With the vigorous development of the automobile industry,the demand for gear-making machine is also increasing.It is of great practical significance to study the integrated green design support system of the gear-making machine to improve the green level of the gear-making machine and the sustainable green development of the machine tool industry.This paper combines the sub-project "metal cutting machine tool integrated green design tool development" of the green manufacturing system integration project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,"metal cutting machine green design platform construction and integration demonstration",based on the research results of green design of machine tools at home and abroad.Research on the integrated green design support system of the gear-making machine,provides an effective tool support for the green design of the gear-making machine.Firstly,the characteristics and current status of green design of gear-making machine are analyzed.Based on the requirements of process control,green design function and system integration in the green design of gear-making machine,the architecture?the function model and operation flow of the integrated green design support system for the gear-making machine are proposed.Secondly,the key technologies of the integrated green design support system for the gear-making machine are studied.Aiming at the green evaluation and control requirements of the design process,a three-stage green evaluation method for the design process of the gear-making machine is proposed.The overall design plan,the department design plan and the detailed design plan of the gear-making machine are carried out by using the Fuzzy-EAHP method and the green evaluation tool phase-by-stage.For the information integration requirements of green design support system for gear-making machine,a system integration method based on standardized data formats such as DWG,STEP,SPOLD and Web services is proposed to realize the integration of heterogeneous information systems and tools.Aiming at the process control problem of the differential design process of the gear-making machine,a configurable method for the green design flow of the gear-making machine is proposed,which realized the user-defined design process.Finally,based on the above research,a set of integrated green design support system for gear-making machine is designed?developed and applied to a gear-making machine enterprise in Chongqing.The system has achieved good application results in the improvement of the green design level of the gear-making machine,the standardized control of the design process and the improvement of the research and development efficiency of the enterprise.
