The injection molding machine,as one of the most important production machines for plastics,largely plays an important role in the advancement and development of plastics industry.Nowadays the development trend of injection molding machine includes high-accuracy,fast response performance,energy conservation and environmental protection.Though traditional hydraulic pressure IMM has simple structure and easy maintenance,it can not meet the demand of modern plastic injection industry.With high price and high maintenance cost,all-electric IMM also can not meet the demand.So servo driven hydraulic injection molding machine is becoming an important development direction of IMM,which combines the advantages of both.This paper firstly states the background and the current development situation of control system of IMM.And the structure,working principle,technological process,and hydraulic oil system of IMM are introduced in detail.Because constant pump of the hydraulic system of plastic injection molding machine is driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor,it is particularly necessary to control permanent magnet synchronous motor.Then based on the structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor,this paper establishes mathematical model and uses vector control system to control it for simulation verification.Based on above all,the principles and realize method of permanent magnet synchronous motor of IMM are discussed,which applies space vector pulse width modulation.Hydraulic system as the power source of injection molding machine mechanical parts,its accuracy and response speed control effect determines the control effect of the entire injection molding machine,injection molding machine hydraulic system is a time-varying,non-linear and high coupling complex system,the traditional PID control The parameter is not easy to set,overshoot large,poor control of the hydraulic system of injection molding machine,this paper presents a particle swarm optimization BP neural network algorithm improved PID control.BP neural network optimization PID has the disadvantages of slow convergence and easy to fall into the local minimum.The BP neural network is improved by the global optimal and fast convergence speed of the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Then,using the particle swarm optimization BP neural network,Parameters are adjusted online.The simulation results show that the PID control effect of BP neural network is better than that of traditional PID control,which can improve the precision and response speed of hydraulic system of injection molding machine and optimize the injection process.And then from the hardware and software design aspects of DSP-based injection molding machine control system to achieve.In the aspect of hardware,the design of the overall hardware structure of the control system of the injection molding machine is described.In this paper,the design of the servo control system is designed according to the design scheme of the minimum system of DSP.Then,the modules of the servo control system and the mold clamping system of the injection molding machine are introduced in detail.System and injection system hardware design;in software,mainly introduced the DSP software development tools and software,which gives the main program and the various subroutine program flow chart.Finally introduced the experimental platform,and the injection molding machine control system to control the kind of injection molding machine.The experimental results show that the control system for the injection molding machine control effect is good,can achieve high precision and high response control needs to meet market requirements.
