The reacted intensity of explosive under cook-off was an important index to evaluate thermal safety.At present,the domestic research about the reacted intensity of explosive under cook-off was focused on qualitative analysis,quantitative evaluation was still insufficient.This paper mainly made cook-off tests for varieties of mixed explosives,analyzed the process of thermal reaction by numercial simulations,and explored experimental method of the reacted intensity of explosive under cook-off.The cook-off tests about multi-point measured temperature of explosives of NTO,NTO/CL-20(50/50)and TK-50 were carried out.The changes of temperature with changing of time about three kinds of explosives were measured,and thermal reactions were analyzed.Also,from the fragment and deformation,the reacted intensity of three kinds of explosives were comparised qualitatively.Experimental results showed that,the reacted degree of NTO/CL-20(50/50)was the most violent,TK-50 was next,NTO was the slowest.It showed that NTO explosive had good thermal safety.The calculated model about multi-point measured temperature was established,the thermal reactions of explosive under different heating rates were simulated to obtain the change of every measured point about NTO explosive,and the ignited time and position.Comparised the results with experiments,kinetic parameters of NTO explosive were calibrated.By numerical simulation,the changes of every measured points about NTO/CL-20(50/50)mixed explosives were calculated.The accuracy of the calculated model and kinetic parameters of NTO explosive was verified.Also,the thermal reactions about NTO/CL-20 mixed explosives at different heating rates and group distributed ratio were calculated.The results showed that the more NTO content in mixed explosives was,the longer ignited time of explosive was.For based RDX explosive(RDX/PVC/80/20),cook-off equipment of the reacted intensity of explosive was designed.cook-off tests under different constraints and heating rates were carried out respectively.The changes of temperature of explosive shells were measured.By speed interferenced instrument,the change of velocity about metal slider were measured,the reacted intensity of explosive was analyed by velocity.
