In this paper,mesoporous carbon adsorbents for wastewater treatment were applicated for the characteristics of refractory materials.Soft template was used to synthesis mesoporous carbon,and modified mesoporous carbons were made according to the characteristics of DMF and NPEOs in this method too.In order to synthesis adsorbents with superior adsorption performance,easy desorption and perfect reproducibility,modified mesoporous carbons were obtained.By adding potassium ferricyanide during thesynthesis,mesoporous carbon-Fe/CN was got.N2 adsorption-desorption,FT-IR,TEM and SEM were used to characterize the textural properties of mesoporous materials.Then optimize the adsorption conditions,and finally the adsorption-desorption properties of mesoporous adsorbents were tested.?1?Textural properties of characteristic showed that mesoporous carbon-Fe/CN has the largest pore size,and the smallest specific surface area among MCM-41,mesoporous carbon and mesoporous carbon-Fe/CN.And different functional groups of each mesoporous adsorbets on their surface.?2?The influences of different adsorption conditions were optimized.For mesoporous carbon,the optimums of adsorbent dose,DMF initial concentration,rotating speed,and pH were 0.04 g/L,200 mg/L,200 r/min,and 5,respectively.Mesoporous carbon-Fe/CN showed the highest DMF adsorption capacity at adsorbent dose 0.04 g/L,DMF initial concentration 1000 mg/L,rotating speed 1000 r/min,pH more than 9.And for MCM-41,0.12 g/L,200 mg/L 1000 r/min and 5,respectively.?3?Adsorption performance test results were as follows:pseudo-second adsorption kinetics were fitted the MCM-41,mesoporous carbon and mesoporous carbon-Fe/CN adsorption of DMF accuratly.And the dynamic equilibrium adsorption was achieved about 20 min.And Freundlich was more accurate than the Langmuir model for MCM-41,mesoporous carbon and mesoporous carbon-Fe/CN.The adsorption process was chemical adsorption,and DMF adsorbed progress was preferential adsorption.Moreover,mesoporous carbon-Fe/CN has the most excellent reproduction stability.By adding hexamethylene tetramine during the synthesis of mesoporous carbon,mesoporous carbon-NH2 adsorbent material was obtained.The different ways to characterize the textural properties of mesoporous materials.Then optimize the adsorption conditions,and finally the adsorption-desorption properties of mesoporous adsorbents were tested.?1?Textural properties of characteristic showed that the pore structure was similar among MCM-41,mesoporous carbon and mesoporous carbon-NH2,and mesoporous carbon-NH2 has the moderate specific surface area and pore size.?2?The influences of different adsorption conditions were optimized.For mesoporous carbon,the optimums of adsorbent dose,NPEOs initial concentration,rotating speed,and pH were 0.04 g/L,800 mg/L,200 r/min,and 3,respectively.Mesoporous carbon-Fe/CN showed the highest NPEOs adsorption capacity at adsorbent dose 0.08 g/L,NPEOs initial concentration 1000 mg/L,rotating speed 1000r/min,and 3.And for MCM-41,0.08 g/L,800 mg/L 200 r/min and 3,respectively.?3?Adsorption performance test results were as follows:Lagergren adsorption kinetics fitted the MCM-41,mesoporous carbon and mesoporous carbon-NH2 adsorption of NPEOs accuratly.And the dynamic equilibrium adsorption was achieved about 10min.And Freundlich was more accurate than the Langmuir model for MCM-41,mesoporous carbon and mesoporous carbon-NH2.The adsorption process was physical adsorption,and NPEOs adsorbed progress was preferential adsorption.Moreover,mesoporous carbon-NH2 has the most excellent reproduction stability and optimal adsorption effect.
