Nanocrystalline Ni-Co alloys and Ni-Co-graphene alloy coatings were prepared on the surface of carbon steel using electrodeposition technology and assisted by ultrasonic dispersion and mechanical stirring. The main currents were studied at different current densities, temperatures,pH values, and graphite. The effect of process parameters such as olefin content on the composition, hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of the alloy coating.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and EDS and X-ray diffractometer were used to analyze the microstructure, phase structure and composition of the coating surface. The micro-abrasion performance of the coating was investigated by the UNMT1micro-nano-material mechanical comprehensive test system.Microhardness test was performed on different alloys using a microhardness tester.Electrochemical analysis was performed on different alloy coatings prepared using a VersaSTAT3 analyzer. The polarization curves and AC impedances Lines of the alloy coatings in 3.5%NaCl solution were tested. The results of Ni-Co alloy coating show that the process parameters have a great influence on the overall performance of the alloy coating. When the optimum process parameters are current density 1.5A/dm~2,temperature 50°C,pH=4,the fine-grained coating structure and uniform structure can be obtained. The surface is flat;the main components of the diffraction peak on the surface of the coating are Ni-Co alloy and nickel and cobalt;the average friction coefficient of the coating is at least 0.18 in terms of friction reduction performance and micro friction coefficient, and the alloy has good micro-friction wear resistance.Performance; The maximum microhardness value is 560 HV;it also has good corrosion resistance in 3.5%NaCl solution, and the corrosion potential is-0.8V.The results of Ni-Co-graphene composite coating show that the process parameters have a great influence on the overall performance of the Ni-Co-graphene alloy coating. The best process parameters are current density of 2A/dm~2,temperature 50°C,pH=4,ink The Ni-Co-graphene alloy coating obtained when the graphene paste is 0.9 g/L is smooth and dense, and the grain size is uniform;the diffraction peaks of the alloy coating are mainly Ni-Co-graphene alloy and Ni-Co alloy. The obvious diffraction peak of C;in terms of friction reduction performance and micro friction coefficient, the average minimum friction coefficient of the coating is 0.15,and it has good micro-friction wear resistance;it has a high microhardness value and reaches 678 HV at the maximum;Corrosion resistance was also good in 3.5%NaCl solution.Polarization curve results showed that the corrosion potential was-0.91V.
