| In order to solve problems of small capacity,small stress,and low degree of automation in traditional non-woven compression apparatus,this paper designs a new non-woven compression instrument.This instrument consists of control system and application software system.While,control system includes pressure sensor,pressure transmitter,electric cylinder,electric cylinder controller and so on.This system compresses non-woven samples by controlling the movement of electric cylinder;besides,the control system can also receive pressure and displacement information during compression process.After receiving pressure and displacement information,application software can be able to make computation for data received and display them,what's more,the software also provides user friendly interface.The main tasks of this paper are as follows:A gantry-type test platform is designed.A set of control system is designed,the control module of which adopts the main control chip of STM32F107VCT6 and adopts RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports to realize the communication among the components.Meanwhile,the position control and speed control for electric cylinder are studied and type-selection for the pressure sensor as well as calibration are carried out.Database access design is studied and a set of application software is designed,along with user information table,test sample information table,user login interface,main interface and historical data query interface.The real-time curves are studied,and the calculation program of test index is designed.In this paper,the debugging and performance test of non-woven are carried out for the instrument already having been manufactured,as well as comparative study.This compression performance tester adopts gantry structure,and follows related national standard;there are kinds of testing methods,which can test multiple indexes of non-woven compression performance. |
